Amish Parking: Wordless Wednesday

December 7, 2011

in wordless wednesday

I went on a trip yesterday to find a perfect piece of reclaimed wood for our mantle in the remodeled family room. Since the rest of the room is light and bright we’re opting to add some drama with a dark stain on the step and an oversized mantle made from reclaimed barn wood.

Since I was in the area I stopped at the Lancaster outlets. A girl has to take advantage of shopping time when she has it. ;)

As I was leaving I spotted this special parking behind the outlet mall.

What an image, in this time of hustle & bustle. When I lived in Ohio, I enjoyed going to Amish Country. No better craftmanship or food on earth.
