This week is the first official week of summer vacation, so I imagine we’ll be pretty laid back about meal times since we tend to gorge ourselves on fresh fruit and veggies all summer long. :)

June 10th Menu Plan

Monday:Â Taco night! We did our Memorial Day meal on Sunday instead of Monday night.

Tuesday:Â Dad’s night. Whatever Dad cooks up since I’ll be in NYC, and arriving home just past dinnertime.

Wednesday:Â Sandwiches and fruit salad. We have an evening class and then we’re headed to see Man of Steel, so dinnertime will be quick an easy to cleanup.

Thursday: Chicken legs, kale chips (these are totally addictive!), and fruit salad.

Friday:Â Pizza night! Homemade pizzas, salad, and popcorn.

Saturday:Â Clean out the fridge night.

Sunday:Â Hot dog and burgers on the grill.Â

June 3rd Menu Recap

Monday: Leftover night! Hot dogs, and chicken wings. I’ll also make a nice green salad, corn on the cob, and slice up some strawberries for sides.

My favorite kind of meal, since it’s just reheating and adding some sides. ;)

Tuesday:Â Taco night!

Always a family favorite, and it only takes about 30 minutes from start to table.

Wednesday: Perfect chicken, kale chips (these are totally addictive!), and fruit salad.

Instead we had leftovers since we had a class this evening and some errands.Â

Thursday:Â Pancakes and sausage and a side of fruit salad.

Instead we had Wednesday night’s meal.Â

Friday:Â Leftover night.

The last day of school-so we celebrated with some dessert after dinner.

Saturday: Dinner at a friend’s house.

Delicious and I didn’t have to clean up. ;) A win-win.

Sunday:Â Hot dog and burgers on the grill.

Instead the kids and I headed down to the beach to visit my parents. Mom got us takeout.Â
