As part of my challenge to save more in 2014 I’m offering up some ways to help you get organized, too. By getting organized you will find that you are able to save more money, get out of debt faster, and it can even help with your other goals for 2014.

Office 365 is a great tool for organizing every aspect of your life and finances. Below are a few ways you might us Office 365:

Improve Health: Fitness experts have long pointed to tracking as the best way to maintain this goal, and Office has several ways to help. Whether you want to track your food, or your workouts, Office can be your best fitness buddy. Plus, by saving your workout plans in the cloud with SkyDrive, you can access them from your tablet, home PC, or even from the gym on your phone so you can keep track from virtually anywhere. In addition you can use it to create meal plans, menus for the whole family, and even grocery lists.

Manage stress: Stress is always an unwelcome guest and it seems the more we have to do the more stressed we tend to get. Some ways you can reduce stress-plan. For instance if you’re planning a house project OneNote can help you remember everything. Even if it’s the day-to-day to-dos that are keeping you up at night, OneNote is the perfect tool. In addition to being part of Office 365, it also comes as a free app for Windows Phone, iPhone, iPadand Android, so you can add and check off items no matter where you are.

Manage debt: Planning a budget is easy with Excel and, with mobile apps and Office Web Apps, you can check and update your spreadsheets at home, at work and on the go. You and your family can even edit and keep track of budgets in real time (even if you’re both accessing the document at the same time)!

Office 365 Review

We have always used Word and Excel to manage our documents, but using Office 365 opens up a whole new way for us to manage and organize our lives. We use Office 365 to manage financial spreadsheets including a net worth tracker, debt tracker, budgets, and more. We also use Excel to manage home improvement lists, plan vacations, and have used it to plan holiday purchases as well. In addition I can use Office 365 to access documents I need for my work no matter where I am including rough drafts of articles, schedules and information for conferences, and of course my business budget. It’s an invaluable tool for managing documents on the go.

I would use it for my businesses. There’s so many things I use office software for, it’s hard to pick one.

Just one way??? there are at least 5 different ways that come to mind but the first is financial. We are moving cross country and were recently blessed with twins in addition to our three year old so we are reviewing our finances as well as dropping a lot of services to save money and such a program would really help us out!

I’d really use Office 365 because my laptop did not come with any included office software. Then I wouldn’t have to ‘borrow’ my husbands computer when working on my volunteer efforts for one thing
