I sat down (finally) to plan our Thanksgiving menu and thought I would share two menus that are both gluten-free. One is traditional with all the fixin’s and the other is our family’s spin on the holiday this year.
Gluten-Free Traditional Thanksgiving Menu
Perfect Turkey brining optional {recipe from Martha Stewart}
Easy Homemade Cranberry Sauce {recipe from Savory Sweet Life}
Gluten-Free Stuffing {use Udi’s in place of bread in your favorite recipe}
Green beans
Pear and Cranberry Salad {Mix red leaf lettuce with diced pear, dried cranberries, and optionally goat cheese.}
Gluten-free Rolls from Udi’s {Seeded or French}
Dessert: Gluten-free Pumpkin Pie with homemade whipped cream and Ice Cream
Drinks: Warm apple cider, water, white cranberry apple cider cosmo, and wine for dinner. Coffee and tea for dessert.
Gluten-free Thanksgiving Brunch
Gluten-free French Toast {Udi’s cinnamon raisin is the best} or Gluten-free Pancakes {add chocolate chips, berries, or nuts}
Gluten-free Muffins {Chocolate and Blueberry are my favorite} or Scones {recipe from King Arthur Flour}
Scrambled Eggs with sea salt and parsley
Sausage and Bacon {Look for nitrate-free versions like Applegate.}
Perfect Turkey Breasts {Use recipe for Perfect Chicken Breasts}
Easy Homemade Cranberry Sauce {recipe from Savory Sweet Life}
Cheese tray {Create your own with cheese from Trader Joe’s for a frugal and fun mix.}
Fruit Tray
Harvest Salad {Mix read leaf lettuce with apples, dried cranberries, candied pecans, and goat cheese.}
Drinks: Apple Cider, wine, white cranberry apple cider cosmo, coffee, tea, orange juice, and water.
Dessert: Gluten-free Pumpkin Pie with homemade whipped cream, cookies, and ice cream.
What’s on your Thanksgiving Menu?

Disclosure: I was provided with Udi’s coupons to sample their delicious rolls and baguettes for the holidays. I would totally share them with you, but I ate them all already.

A great line up and I’m read to come to your house for brunch =) Thanks for so many easy ideas!
Loved the GF recipes. I looked all over for an easy pie crust. I will use your recipe next time. This time I opted for a crustless GF pumpkin pie. I am also making a GF green bean casserole with white sauce and Trader Joe’s Snack-O’s on top. They are corn rings seasoned with onions and shaped like an onion ring.
