Crossing all my fingers and toes that this week will be a full 5 day school week for the kids. It will be our first since before the holidays. The only full week we had I had sick kiddos home two days! I don’t know about you, but I’m a little bit over the cold weather, at least when it comes to the kids being stuck at home!

January 27th Meal Plan
Monday: Emma’s Night- Roasted chicken, salad, roasted potatoes, fruit salad.
Tuesday: Aidan’s night- Homemade pizzas!
Wednesday: Nathan’s night-Hamburgers and hot dogs, homemade fries, and salad.
Thursday: Emma’s birthday! She gets to pick dinner-whether I make it or we eat out.
Saturday: Bob’s night- Stir fry with sides and rice and salad.
Sunday: Clean out the fridge night.
