I love, love, LOVE the Fall, but I also know that it’s a crazy busy time for our family, and I’m sure it is for yours, too. We have soccer, field hockey, after school activities, music lessons, and so much more. One of the things I am aiming to do this Fall is to take more time off to enjoy the season. The kids have today off from school, so I plan to be fully OFF and go for a fall drive, bake something yummy with them, and play board games all day instead of trying to get it all done while they are home (and driving myself nuts in the process). I think we all need some downtime, and I’m looking forward to it!

Monday Meal Plan: September 8th
Monday: Steak, roasted sweet potatoes and potatoes, and side salad.
Tuesday: Brinner! Pancakes, bacon, sausage, fruit salad, and a homemade frittata. (will share the recipe next week!)
Wednesday: Taco night with my super simple guacamole recipe, taco beef, and all the crazy toppings everyone wants.
Thursday: Homemade pizzas, side salad.
Friday: Hamburgers and hot dogs, homemade french fries.
Saturday: Clean out the fridge night.
