Guys, how is it midway through November already? I’m not even going to think about what’s coming next week or next month! Despite all that I don’t need to do one thing this week-menu plan. It’s all done for me already since we made a year long menu plan! Read on to see this week’s menu plan and search through the archives for more meal ideas and see below for info on how to create your own year long menu plan in 5 easy steps.
You can read the 5 easy steps we use to create our meal plan and then download the printable 2015 Menu Plan to get started and save $1,000s each year!
November Menu Plan: Week Three
Monday (November 16): Chili Lime Fish
I’m planning to try a new fish recipe this week, but I’m still on the hunt for a good one. Have one to recommend? Share with me in the comments. I may try this chili lime recipe, it says it for tilapia, though I suspect it will work well with many types of fish.
Tuesday (November 17): Steak Sandwiches
Bob knows how to make a mean steak sandwich. We serve them up on Schar gluten-free buns, a great big salad, and a side of fries.
Wednesday (November 18): Chicken + Kale
Kale coconut salad, perfect chicken, and sweet potato fries.
Thursday (November 19): Taco Night
Taco Thursday? Yes, indeed. There’s no wrong night to have tacos. Taco beef, cilantro rice, black beans, homemade guacamole, and all the fixings.
Friday (November 20): Appetizer Night
Every once in awhile I like to serve up an appetizer/tapas night. My parents used to do this when I was a kid and I loved it! I was never a big traditional dinner eater so this was my favorite. Serving up cheeses, crackers, salami, olives, veggies and dip, fruit and yogurt dip, and more.
Saturday (November 21): Clean out the fridge night
We’ll work on cleaning out the fridge of all the leftovers and foods that need to be eaten up before they go bad. It’s a great way to reduce waste. Read about how we reduce food waste at home here.
Sunday (November 22): Stir Fry
Stir fry night is my favorite! We get to choose what goes in our custom-made stir fry, and I always choose ALL the veggies. Snow peas, broccoli, carrots, onions, and more. The must-have? A sprinkling of ginger and garlic. YUM.
What are you noshing on this week?
